We are currently recruiting for four high-quality job placements as part of the Government’s Kickstart Scheme. These roles will give young people a fantastic working environment and the chance to gain valuable experience while exploring the amazing career opportunities on offer in the creative industry.

The Government created the Kickstart Scheme to help young people into work. It provides job opportunities for those who are aged 16-24 years old and currently to gain work experience, learn new skills and receive training and development.

After receiving approval from Gloucestershire County Council and the Department for Work and Pensions, we are proud to support this initiative and excited to welcome talented young people to our team. You can find more about the Kickstart Scheme on the Government Website.

We have the following four opportunities available as part of the scheme.

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive young people who want to learn and apply the skills they have learned either school, college or university to an exciting range of our creative and business projects.

If you have an interest in media production, ideally having studied it and are looking for an opportunity to develop in a fun, friendly, supportive and creative environment, then we would love to hear from you.

All job placements will be for 25 hours a week over a six-month period and paid the National Minimum Wage.

Every job placement will receive a comprehensive package of experience and support throughout.

  • First-hand work experience

  • A personal training and development plan

  • Ongoing feedback

  • Employability skills to help you gain confidence and develop your CV or portfolio

Does this sound of interest to you or someone you know?

How to apply

To be eligible for the scheme, applicants must be unemployed and in receipt of Universal Credit.

If you would like to apply and fit the criteria for the scheme as above, please speak to your DWP employment coach via the work journal. They will then refer you so we get a reference number,  they will talk you through the opportunity and refer you to apply with your CV and cover letter. If you think you are eligible for the scheme but not on universal credit then please visit the government website here.

We look forward to hearing from you.
